Would You Recommend Lasik Eye Surgery, And How Does It Feel, Would You Carefully Do Your Research On This?

Yes. I would def recommend it. Had it done 5 years ago, and my sight is better than 20/20. Wouldn’t change a thing.
Do your research for sure. Find out about PRK and lasik, the two different types, and see which one the doctors recommend to you.
The operation itself was painless however, when the medication wore off, I was in a LOT of pain. Sleep for the first 24 hours, and follow the orders to a T. The freezing drops are a blessing if you do what I did and accidentally poked my eye with the tip of my drop bottle. I thought I was going to die!! One freezing drop and the pain was gone.
Basically the first 3 days suck, and then it’s smooth sailing from there on. I did have halos if I drove at night for about a year, but it went away. Good luck!

I carefully researched it and the doctors in my area that perform the procedure. I had it done a month ago (today) and am SO glad I did. I don’t regret spending the money on it either. The first day was a bit rough because the cornea is healing and trying to completely seal up. You just feel like something is in your eye. I did have a lot of pain for the first 4 hours after the procedure but some vicadin helped that :) I was seeing 20/15 the morning after my procedure and am still seeing that great. The procedure itself is supposed to be painless although you are told you will feel some pressure when they cut the flap. However, I do not numb very well and I swear I felt them cutting but the Dr. I don’t think believed me. It only lasted a few seconds so I just had to be still and tough it out. Do your research on the procedure options and the surgeons. Most offer a free consultation and workshops to get information.

Lasik eye surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her dental implants and Lasik surgery in India by a company called Indian Health Guru Consultants. The Price for dental and Lasik surgery is very less in India. She paid 25% of the price she was quoted in America.
Indian Health Guru Consultants is very famous in India They arrange Dental surgery, jaw surgery, Lasik eye surgery, Dental Implants etc for foreign patients in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and magazines- about their patient stories.
They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low cost, as dental and eye surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.http://www.indianhealthguru.com
    Hope this helps.

It depends on your age and what you’re looking for. I’m in my late 40s and if I had this procedure done, I would only be swapping one problem for another. I have not needed reading glasses so far but I would if I had laser surgery. For me, the costs of it aren’t worth it. I don’t want to have to be frequently whipping out a pair of glasses everytime I want to look at something close up. Maybe if I were about 20 to 25 years younger, I would consider it but not now.

yes, is it great. Only that after the lasik, ur vision during nite time will be reduced. And that dryness will set in. The rest is only better than wearing spec or contacts
