Has anything been recently placed on the market to make prescription lenses for the following eyes thinner:
Note: Astigmatism in both eyes also.
Right Eye:
Sphere -10.00
Cylinder -1.75
Axis 020
Left Eye:
Sphere 10.50
Cylinder 1.25
Axis 164
Also, Is it possible for eyes like this to get better, or will they worsen with time? How far are they from legal blindness?
What Can Make Prescription Lenses Thinner? How Far Is This Prescription From Legal Blindness? No Lasik!!?

Not sure about making prescription lenses thinner unless your vision becomes better.
If you’re not interested in LASIK (which should be able to get you a full correction – depending on your measurements) would you consider an implant (called Visian Implantable Collamer Lens)? Pretty much it is a contact lens that is implanted in the eye (without stitches) with the power of your correction. It takes about 15 mins to do one eye, and each eye is done about 1 month apart.
Eyes can get better but usually stay the same or get worse over time. From legal blindness, I’m not sure about that but it’s a pretty high correction…I’ve seen much higher though..
