Hi Frostie!! I considered getting Lasik a few years ago, but then found out that people our age develop presbyopia and need reading glasases anyway.
“… Myopes considering refractive surgery are advised that surgically correcting their nearsightedness may actually be a disadvantage after the age of 40 when the eyes become presbyopic and lose their ability to accommodate or change focus because they will then need to use glasses for reading…”
So I decided there wasn’t much point. Rather not have to carry glasses around my neck all the time to read with. Ugh!
you eye may or may not regress
that is what i was told when i went for a consultation
success rates are high, but if your one of the unlucky few you will need glasses anyhow on top of the laser eye surgery
also, depending on the thickness of your cornea you may or may not be able to get a second round of corrective laser eye surgery later down the track as it regresses

do u mean the surgery or the results?
my friend had it and the results are permanent as far as i know?
the recovery time was about a week i think, she had people waiting on her hand and foot so she didnt actually mind that part lol
It should last “forever” if done properly, you may have to have 1-2 “touch ups” but lasik is suppose to be “forever”.
And I would appeal the violation!
All of the people that I know that have had lasik are extremely happy with their results. One was my brother, and 2 other friends. I would love to have it done, if I ever get through paying for kids things.

If you got reported for that, then you should definitely appeal it. That’s ridiculous. I don’t have an answer to your question, I just wanted to add my two cents.

eye surgery ? me? no never dear, although some of my ex’s have had it done so they can see my beauty more clearly .
