what are the chances of having permanently dry eyes after the surgery? and who is prone to this. if contacts make my eyes dry, is lasik likely to make them dry? thanks.

they numb your eyes no not really. maybe slight recovery pain but that is all

i was thinkin about getting it also. i asked my doctor if it was a good investment and it just so happened he had it done. he is really pleased with the results. but im only nineteen and he told me to wait a couple years only cuz my eyes might not be done developing. it would be pointless for me to get it done and then my vision gets worse. so if your in your early twenties and done growing then go for it. ive only heard good things.
