Don't expect too much that soon. Lasik is not a miracle procedure. The eyes may need a few weeks to completely recover. If you are seeing well after a month, you may still have a residual uncorrect refractive error. LASIK is not 100% accurate. Be happy if you can do most activities without glasses.

Lasik is often more of a six month process than a 20 Minute Miracle. Your eyes have just had microsurgery. They are healing. It is reasonable to expect some fluctuation in vision quality, etc., even differences with your own two eyes.http://www.usaeyes.org/lasik/faq/lasik.h…
It is very early in the process and your problems may resolve with healing. There are several patients on our organization's bulletin board that had similar initial response that eventually resolved. You may want to read their posts and compare notes.http://www.usaeyes.org/ask-lasik-expert/
