Depends on the procedure you had done and how long it had been done for. The fine circular cut is visible under a slit lamp initially, But after a few years this can almost totally disappear
If You Have Had Lasik Eye Surgery Can A Dr. Tell By Looking At Your Eyes?

It is possible, but not from a quick eye exam. The doctor would have to take a VERY careful look at your eyes. The surgery reshapes your cornea to compensate for the lack of acuity of your lenses; the remnants of the surgery are near invisible upon a normal eye exam, but extensive testing would show that you have had the surgery. The doctor wouldn’t be able to tell just by looking at your eye; unless you had the surgery earlier in the week, in which case the marks would still be visible to anyone.
Yes if he does a slit lamp exam, which should be done with every eye exam. That’s when they put that object and shine the bright light into each eye. And that is one thing they will be looking for and the exam helps them with your RX for any correction you need for your vision to be 20/ or 20/20.
