side effect there will be like halos at nite and dryness of eyes…all this will be gone like 3 to 6mnths after that

My sister-in-law had it done a few months back and the only side effect was blurry vision. Other than that, everything went well. But best to do more research.

my sister got it done 2 years ago now and she still has 20/20 vision and has never complained about any side affects or any vision issues since she has had it done.
if you are a great candidate then it should work extremely well for you.

Your eye will get very very dry, and as you age, you will very likely to become longsighted- i recommend you try the bates method first – http://www.cleareyesight.info/index.html… or use accommotrac – http://www.accommotrac.com/ or use eyerelax-http://www.eyecollege.com/. so before you take that step try these methods first, there is no risk at all, here more on risk of lasik – http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/he… i my self have personal account on the bates method, it works, i was -4.25D i dumped my glasses in the bin after i know about the bates method, i completely stop wearing it, i didnt care i could not see clearly but with much practice 13 weeks later i was able to see the second chart. it takes time. i have also taken bilberry and Lutein.

I am in my early 30’s and I had it done. It is great!!! I could see 20/20 the very next day. There is dryness and they give you artificial tears to use (after the two different antibiotics you have to use every couple hours for 5-7 days). I had it done in August and I still use Refresh Plus. Sometimes, I have some blurriness, but that only occurs when my eyes are dry. If I used the artificial tears as often as I should, I would have no problems at all. FYI – my prescription was -5.25 in the right eye and .4.75 in the left.

Someone I use to date got it done and he had no problems. The first day things were still a little blurry like expected but after a few days he saw great. If your doctor said it was a good idea I would do it.
