Blue in NY offers discounts for Weight Watchers, not Jenny Craig. That might vary by state. The discounts on plastic surgery and Lasik is news to me though – that might be a specific rider on the plan that an employer can select.
I don’t know, but my mom is a boss for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona.
