I guess that 3 months later I will find out my stabilized vision. But right now I am anxious that it will only get worse because the doctor said that my vision will ‘vary’. So wanted to know if this is common and how much can i expect my vision to improve.

I would ring the doctor who did it and check that it is normal. You can leave a message with the secretary or receptionist.
I used to be a patient counselor for LASIK surgeries. I would also handle some of the pre and post operative care. Your vision can and will fluctuate during your healing process. Make sure that you are using your antibiotics and also your anti-inflammatory drops as scheduled. If you are concerned about the clarity, I would consult with the doc who is handling your post op care and check to see if you can use an over the counter moisture drop as well to help with dryness. It never hurts to double check.
