How Long After Lasik Should My Sight Be Blurry?

It depends on your levels of myopia , your cornea, your healing ability as well as other factors. In my case, it took at least ten days to see everything a little clearer again. It was very difficult for me to read letters on the computer in the first month after the surgery.
I would strongly recommend you and your friend to read this website carefully before making a decision. You have only one pair of eyes, and therefore should not risk your most precious things. I have had lasik surgery myself, and if I were given a choice , I would never have it again. Please do not believe in those who can benefit from your surgery. What they aim at is money, and not your health. I think there is a new technique that helps shape your eyes and thus reduces your myopia without involving any operations at all.

I don’t think it should be blurry at all after the procedure. Your eyesight is normally way better right after the surgery than it was prior to it. After I had it I was seeing great. It does take a few weeks for it to get the best possible. The real after effects for the first two weeks after the surgery is not blurriness but dryness. You will be putting eye drops in your eyes every hour. But after about 2-3 weeks you won’t need them anymore. Lasik was a life changing experience for me!
