It doesn’t matter how much sleep I get, I always have these dark circles around my eyes. I have been told that it is because I wear glasses—have for most of my life. I won’t even wear contacts or consider Lasik surgery because at least my glasses help to hide it to some degree. Any ideas?
Some time tested home remedies are-
1) A few drops of castor oil, coconut oil and rose water (1:1:1) should be mixed and applied gently around the eyes with cotton. Leave for 15 mins and wash off.
2) Leave a cucumber slice on till it feels dry. Very refreshing!
Try the dark-circle reducing creams from the market. They may work. Dark circles arise not only due to lack of sleep but also due to stress…try to chill out a bit!
Well, hate to bring the bad news but if they just won’t do away it might be because you inherited them.
Yes, they can be genetic and if your parents or grandparents had them, you might have been the lucky receiver of a gene. I have it too.
I use makeup. A bit of skin tone under the eyes can just lighten it up and conceal it. If you do not want to use makeup, there are creams. But if they haven’t been going away the creams might not work.
Another option is laser surgery, I imagine.
Good luck!
Try make-up,I know it’s only for girls, but if you’re that desperate.
I’m the same, but I am a girl, so I use make-up…but I don’t know why you wouldn’t be able to. You can’t even tell really.
Make-up usually works, although whether you’re willing to wear it or not I’m not sure. Concealer and foundation will usually cover it
