Blade Vs. Bladeless Lasik Surgery…which Is Safer?

I am considering bladeless LASIK surgery and I’m wondering that since bladeless surgery is quite new technology, if it’s safe for my eyes. Is it possible to cause blindness?

    there are no guarantees with any of these procedures
    many, many people each year have them done, altho surely the lasik is certainly newer and probably more popular
    however, we don’t hear of the mistakes or bad reactions from the surgery
    best thing is to know your doctor, and be sure he is a good one
