That's why I think it's better to go for less permanent solutions than LASIK. I've heard of too many cases of results that don't last. If you get something that is temporary, such as an implant, it can be changed out if that person's prescription changes.

There is always the possibility that you were either over-corrected or under-corrected. Also, that for some reason your eyes may have regressed further. You should see you eye doctor who performed the surgery. You may need an enhancement procedure (basically reperforming the procedure again) to further correction your vision.

but...but...but...LASIK is the be-all-and-end-all of vision correction!!!! isnt it!!?? [/sarcasm]
fact is, lasik aint all its cracked up to be, folks.
possible causes: wrinkle in the flap, "rough" epithelium, high order aberrations, myopic regression, overcorrection, undercorrection, residual astigmatism, and on and on and on. need to go talk to your optometrist or surgeon to see if your individual case could benefit from an enhancement (further surgery)

Because your eyes are alive, they are constantly changing. Go back to the doctor that did the original procedure and ask for them to correct your vision again.
Make sure you are going to a doctor that doesn't cut the eye. The new procedure uses a laser that doesn't require a flap to be cut.

I don't know why it is like that but it happened to me too. I had a touch up on the procedure and it helped a lot but then it happened again and I now wear glasses again. call the doctor that did your procedure he might offer touch up surgery.
